Lynnette grew up in England, where she attended undergrad and graduate school. After moving to the US, she has been happy to call the DC area home for the past 18 years. Lynnette is a mission-driven operations and strategy leader with 20+ years of experience translating vision into action across nonprofit, public, and private sectors. A certified Scrum Master (CSM) and project management professional (PMP), her work is united by one goal: to help build smarter systems and align program delivery with organizational values, grounded in collaboration, transparency, and results.
Equally passionate about advocacy, she is a proud mother to an autistic, intellectually disabled child, and actively leverages her lived experience to champion inclusion, accessibility, and support for families navigating disability. Her unique perspective informs her work and strengthens her commitment to ensuring everyone has the opportunity to build a meaningful life of their choosing.
