At The Arc of Virginia, our programs aren’t traditional service models—they’re designed to fill gaps, spark change, and open doors. We focus on inclusion, advocacy, and opportunity for people with developmental disabilities and their families by connecting individuals to resources, relationships, and possibilities that might otherwise be out of reach. 

From Peer Mentoring and Digital Literacy to Quillo Connect and other emerging initiatives, we work alongside community partners to build programs that empower people, strengthen communities, and move us all closer to a life like yours—for everyone.
