Digital Literacy

Empowering Through Technology

Digital literacy is critical in today’s world to learn, apply for jobs, be socially connected, and more. Unfortunately, for a variety of reasons, people with disabilities are three times more likely to not go online than people without disabilities.  The Arc and AT&T have collaborated to create safe and accessible digital skills trainings that accommodate the different learning styles of people with developmental disabilities.

Attend "Live" Training Online

Technology is key to transportation, education, jobs, health care, and staying connected—but barriers remain. This training helps bridge the gap with accessible, inclusive support.

The Arc of the United States adapted the Digital Literacy curriculum specifically for people with developmental disabilities, and we offer live, virtual trainings to groups across Virginia. Each session delivers beginner-friendly, practical learning on topics from the Digital Literacy Series—bringing tailored, engaging instruction directly to your community.
