Lindsay and Toby Latham are advocates who have spent nearly a decade championing the rights of people with disabilities, with a focus on inclusive education and access to Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). Drawing from personal experience as parents of a child who needs and uses AAC, the Lathams have led efforts to improve communication supports in the classroom. Toby is a labor and employment attorney with experience in disability and civil rights law. Lindsay is a businesswoman and policy advocate. Together, they bring a unique blend of lived experience, legal knowledge, and political savvy to their advocacy.
