Justin Creech is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine. He earned his Master’s degree in Professional Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology and has been a Positive Behavior Support (PBS) Facilitator since 2006. In 2007, he founded Positive Behavior Consulting, LLC, providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their support systems.

In 2010, Justin was honored with the  Linking People, Changing Lives award at the 25th anniversary celebration of VCU’s Partnership for People with Disabilities, recognizing his impactful work with support systems and families. He currently serves as a Behavior Consultant with the REACH Region IV Program at Richmond Behavioral Health Authority, where he supports individuals in behavioral crisis and promotes person-centered, community-based interventions.
