Hannah Carignan, M.A., CRC, is a Postsecondary Transition Associate at the Center on Transition Innovations and Rehabilitation Research and Training Centers at VCU. Hannah has experience serving transition-aged youth as a state Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with the Virginia Department of Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS). Hannah serves on the research team for two important research studies related to supported and customized employment and pre-employment transition services. Hannah is also earning her Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision in the area of Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from VCU.
