Donna Grumiaux has over 30 years of experience working with Virginians with disabilities.  She holds a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the Medical College of Virginia and has spent the last 21 years focusing on Workforce Development for the Department of Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS). Over the last two years, she has worked on 2 separate grants that focus on career pathways and creating employment opportunities for students with significant disabilities by providing enhanced supports and building strong relationships with community partners.
