Valenta J. Wade, Ed.S., is the Founder and CEO of INCLUDE, a nonprofit dedicated to creating inclusive, supportive communities for individuals with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities. An educator, advocate, and parent with more than 20 years of experience in public education, Valenta brings both professional expertise and lived experience to this work.

She leads INCLUDE alongside a dedicated Board of Directors whose members collectively bring decades of experience as educators and licensed professionals. Together, they are committed to advancing inclusion, dignity, and community for individuals with disabilities and their families.
