Tiffany Ferrell is the founder of CAREfully Anchored Caregiver Advocacy & Consulting Agency, where she helps caregivers and families navigate complex care systems with greater clarity, confidence, and organization. Drawing from more than a decade of lived caregiving experience supporting aging parents and family members with complex health needs, Tiffany understands firsthand how overwhelming it can be to coordinate care, communicate across multiple systems, advocate effectively, and make important decisions without a medical background.



Her personal caregiving journey inspired the development of the CARE Method, a practical framework centered on Compassion, Advocacy, Reliability, and Empowerment. Through workshops, education, and one-on-one support, Tiffany equips caregivers with practical tools to ask better questions, organize critical information, understand their options, and advocate while keeping the voice and preferences of the person receiving support at the center of care.

Tiffany is passionate about bridging the gap between confusion and clarity and believes caregivers should not have to navigate complex systems alone. Her work emphasizes person-centered advocacy, caregiver well-being, care coordination, and creating sustainable systems that help families feel informed, prepared, and empowered.
