Shay is a Radford University graduate with a Bachelor of Social Work. She has 11 years of professional experience in various roles in the field. Shay has been a Self-Advocate for 20 years. Shay comes from a large, loving, and supportive family who have always supported her in pursuing her dreams. Shay believes that people with disabilities should have equal access to the support they need to create the lives they want to live. Shay has been living and; thriving with Cerebral Palsy for 41 years and has many years of lived experience to share. Shay has the desire to help everyone live the life they want.
