Scotti Klett
Scotti Klett's academic work centered on ethics and on how structural systems fail the people inside them. It's an unusual foundation for someone who'd go on to lead a revenue team, and the right one for the work she does now: helping organizations reason clearly about AI when the stakes are high and the map is unfinished. She rose from an entry-level role to Director of Sales in under three years at a startup serving the nonprofit sector, where she led a 15-person team and built the AI workflows that saved them more than forty hours a week. She saw what that time meant for a mission-driven team: hours returned to the work only people can do. But she also saw the other side, organizations reaching for AI too fast, without the guardrails to use it well, and quietly creating problems they couldn't afford. She co-founded Uncharted AI to give nonprofits both the lift AI can offer and the foundation to reach for it safely. The ethics training, the discipline of arguing a question from every side, the operational experience of actually building AI into how a team works.
