Phoenix is passionate about helping others and pushing for societal change. They

proudly identify as queer, trans, and disabled. Phoenix engages in activism,

education, and advocacy efforts in their local New River Valley community and in

online spaces. Focus areas include AAC, cross-disability solidarity, and digital

accessibility. Phoenix aspires to turn their passions into a career. As such, they're a

second year masters student in George Mason University's Assistive Technology

program. In their free time, Phoenix enjoys playing with their cats and watching

sci-fi / fantasy shows.
