Kim Snow is a social work student with a passion for life, equality and advocacy. In her spare time she enjoys learning, researching and spending time with horses. She currently leads a weekly group for youth who are blind or visually impaired; serves on the Center for Disability Leadership’s Inclusion Project steering committee, Youth Empowerment Transition Council, Virginia’s Alliance, National Youth Engagement Now, and Speak. Shape. Change. She is a graduate of Virginia Board for People with Disability’s Youth Leadership Academy and Virginia’s Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (VA LEND). Kim also identifies as neurodivergent. She is blind and is on the autism spectrum. She also has hydrocephalus which is a brain injury which requires a shunt, and she also has a seizure disorder.
