Keisha Turner is a 44 year old self advocate from  Norfolk , VA. She has an intellectual disability as well as mobility challenges, but believes in living life to the fullest! Keisha has been living in her own apartment for over 20 years with support from a residential provider. Keisha is a proud Goodwill employee, church member, and volunteer. She has shared her story with legislators statewide and even in Washington DC to push for more inclusive community-based services.
