Elizabeth Redford created the My Voice, My Choice abuse prevention curriculum. She founded and led Next Move Program, a nonprofit offering vocational education and supported employment for young adults with developmental disabilities, and built its DOE-endorsed curriculum. She holds an M.A.Ed. in Special Education and a Virginia teaching license.
