Charlotte is a SHRM-CP and PHR credentialed Human Resource professional with over 15 years of Human Resource experience in the non-profit arena and has her master’s degree in human resources from Western Carolina University. Her career in Human Resources began while working for a chapter of The Arc in North Carolina, following many years of work in operations and program management supporting people with disabilities. She is excited to return to her roots with The Arc after years of working in other nonprofit organizations. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
