Ashley is the principal of Davis Consultants, having first joined the firm in 2015 as the Senior Director of Government Relations. With over 15 years of experience working in Virginia's legislative landscape, she has been a consulting partner to The Arc of Virginia since 2017. A graduate of Regent University, Ashley previously served as Legislative Director for a Virginia State Senate office for over five years, where she focused on constituent services, legislative process, education and health policy, and acting as liaison with other state agencies, departments, the state Administration, and most importantly, constituents and advocates. During this time, she also gained extensive experience with political campaigns, serving in both coordinating and Campaign Management roles. Ashley currently lives in Chesterfield with her husband and two teenage children.
